I reinstalled this game after several years and although there are some improvements, you can tell the developers have let it go. I had an issue with one of the challenges and emailed storm8. their response is they have limited support for this game so they cannot help me. that is piss poor customer service! clearly there is a glitch in the game that they apparently dont have time to investigate.
Love the game but... I'm not getting any notifications to my phone.. I'm having a hard time remembering when my cakes are done cause of work then when I get back they are spoiled. In the settings it says my notifications are on for when food ready and comments but I'm getting nothing. I've even checked my phone settings and all is good. I dont understand this and it needs to be fixed
I love playing bakery story, and restaurant story, and fashion story. Only problems, is you can't finish the quests because you need too many parts and we are only allowed so many parts a day. Plus you have to cook too many items per stage. And there isn't enough time to finish.. Please lower the parts required, less dishes to cook and extend the time limit for the quests. ... but I do love the game
There are so many ways to make this game even better. I loved it so much on my older phones, but on Android it's a struggle to play in large part to needing an update. Gameplay is simple and the art style is great. Mechanically, it is playable but little features like better decoration organization and placement would enhance the experience. On Android you can't even place things repeatedly without hopping back into the menu. It's a real hassle. Also, PLEASE LESS ADS!!
The game is definitely entertaining but the gameplay is questionable at times. For starters, I don't like how they don't have confirmations when you're about to buy things because I just wasted 24 gems on this package for an item that I had no interest in. I also wish that you can preview an item before you buy it even if you don't have enough coins/gems for future planning. Another thing is tipping, it should be more efficient and take less time. Maybe there should be a "Next Neighbor" button.
