I have not been able to access the app for about a week! It keeps saying 'oops, something went wrong' .. How can something be wrong for a week? I want to be able to access my account and check when by bill is due, see how much data I have and to look at my points. I cannot do ant of this. Super frustrating! It worked fine when I had a post credit account, or whatever it is called when you pay credit in advance. Now I have spent a lot of money on a new phone, it will not work! Negative stars
Since "updating" to the new app i cant check my data usage. Every thing just says something went wrong, try in a few minutes. If this was any other app it would be deleted in seconds. We are all used to and expect terrible service from Telstra. Thanks for the reliably terrible service in these trying times. You have never failed to let me down.
