After the latest update, phone just heats up while running this game. Not sure what the hell they changed in one of my favourite puzzle games. It has been ages since they replied they will work on it. But no luck. To be more specific about the issue, I see the heating of phone more prominent when i play the game with wifi and data turned off. Its pathetic, really.
I really love this game...I played for more than a year like everyday...but a few days ago this game is updated, and ruin everything...it got error for so many times, for example 2 days ago, I have to restart more than 5 times just to finish 1 game, and today I can't even start the game, it keeps loading for I don't know how long, I'm really really disappointed, please fix it, I don't want to uninstall the game, thanks
Terrible update. I love this game and I play it frequently. I don't mind the ads. I just wait a few seconds and click out of it. But now with the new update, I have to watch the entire ad which is ridiculous. And sometimes, I have to watch 2. And it's between every level. So I guess I'll go pick one of the numerous other versions of this game so I can spend more time playing and less time watching ads for things I'm not interested in.
I've had this app for a year, and enjoyed it as a free player; I sat through the ads because one per puzzle is acceptable: I'm playing for free after all. But today they completely gutted the game with no warning and removed the daily levels and well over half of the available puzzles. I used to play this every day: now I get to uninstall and try to find a new app that can match up. Disappointing.
This app is really cool! I'm low-key addicted. But I have been noticing some difficulties with the interface. I have mild eye issues and the setup of the game screen really exacterbates that. It would be beneficial to allow a sepia/grayscale overlay instead of the white in the background currently. It's also hard to see how many blocks I've selected in one sweep, which a small popup counter would fix. There are sometimes lags when I switch from coloring to blocking, 2-5 seconds when they occur.
My favorite game of all time, I have completed every single puzzle (normal, expert, daily, VIP, and purchased puzzle packs) and it is a 10 star game, however, you told me to email support about my missing puzzle issue and I did over 3 weeks ago and still have yet to get a response. I sent another with images. Please respond to my email.
Game is a lot of fun I'm glad it's back to working now.
