Horrible Customer Service! I am based in the US, and my account got locked. Tried for 3 days now to contact customer service with no reply. The customer service number is not a valid number. It starts with 1-900 and only has 6 digits behind that.
Didn't received activation code. Then I pressed 2 times resend then locked. Have to wait 24hours. Wasting time!! Don't have to so strict on the registration. Please put more afford on account security.
Cannot backup I am trying to move from Android to iOS so I need to backup the messages. This app prevents me doing that and shows error 9.100.-1. I have tried clearing cache, closing Zalo and opening it again, even reboot my phone. But it does not work.
Try sending more than two pictures with captions at once. You can't. Try sending more than a few photos at once, even without captions. You can't. "Only jpeg, jpg, and PNG are supported." Unless you try again with fewer pictures, then it's fine. Sometimes. And each time one of your pictures is rejected by Zalo you have to scroll all the way back through your gallery to find it and try resending it. Sometimes it will send, sometimes it will tell you it's not a jpg, jpeg, or png. Infuriating.
I really like the option of getting approval from phone rather than logging in by password when switching from devices. It's very convenient for me and others in case of forgetting the password
